Hagen Pipeline Integrity System allows a new, tight-fitting polyethylene (PE) pipe to be placed inside an existing cast iron, ductile iron or asbestos cement pipeline for rehabilitation, with minimum disruption and cost-effectiveness.
PE-pipes are extremely resistant to chemical attack, corrosion, abrasion, and ground movement.
This process is used to restore or protect many types of pipe systems - including oil, gas, water and production lines - in diameters ranging from 75mm (3") to 1219mm (48"). A range of fittings are available for pressures from a few mbar ( inches water gauge ) to 350 bar ( 5000 psi ).
This Pipeline Integrity System offers cost reductions of up to 75% for oilfield and industrial renovation projects when compared with the cost of installing new carbon steel or high integrity stainless steel pipelines.
Cost effectiveness, the ease and simplicity of operation makes this kind of lining the method of choice for oilfield flow lines which have to be rehabilitated.
Absolute Security System

The Absolute Security System is a wireless state-of-the-art security system designed to monitor and control all security issues from a single or dual control centre. The communication system is solar powered with full eight day battery back-up and optional emergency generator back-up to give the system 100 percent redundancy.
System Goals:
The overall goal of the Absolute Security System is to stop vandalism and theft. Once installed, the system can also act as a " watch dog " during routine pipeline maintenance and construction. Crews and equipment can be monitored 24 hours per day.
