PREFABRICATED ELEMENT CONSTRUCTION

The big demand for housing can be satisfied in short time to moderate prices by an industrialised technology only.  Our PRATON prefab house system is flexible, it can meet requirements such as local design, climatic conditions, different facades, and a high annual production efficiency. We have the ability to do construction management on buildings with demanding architecture.

TRADITIONAL & CONVENTIONAL CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY

However, the traditional construction of house units is part of our programme. 

We produce Compacted Soil Bricks as a mixture of

sandy soil + cement + water.

The bricks are adaptable to all types of housing, walls, farm buildings, and certain types of commercial structures.

In Nigeria we were awarded contracts for about 2000 units of residential buildings, built out of traditional materials in traditional way, brick-on-brick or block-on-block.  Visible parts of some of these structures were built from PRATON precast elements in white concrete with a sandblast surface.
